Telenet recently decided to stop using Zoomit as a distribution channel for its invoices.


As a result of this change at Telenet :

  • Old documents are no longer present in Zoomit.
  • The content of the documents still available is no longer accessible and contains a message from Telenet instead of the invoice.

As Zoomit has not made any changes on its side, we invite you to Contact Telenet Support if you encounter this problem.
