Isabel 6 - What to do when your SmartCard is blocked or when you have forgotten the password of your SmartCard? (19906)

If your Isabel SmartCard gets blocked or you forget your SmartCard password, you will need to order a new card.

Please note that the PIN code should consist of 6 to 8 digits. After entering the wrong PIN code 5 times in a row, your SmartCard will be blocked for security reasons and cannot be unblocked.
