You are trying to modify, sign or send a transaction that is being modified by someone else at the same time, or your session has expired (you have been inactive for a long time, or you have opened Isabel 6 multiple times with the same card).
Error messages:
- Your session has expired.
- The action is not allowed because the data you are viewing are invalid.
- The transaction cannot be signed.
- The transaction cannot be sent.
- The transaction is currently being modified by <name>.
- The transaction was modified by another user. Close the transaction and perform the desired action again.
- <name> has changed, deleted or sent the file in the meanwhile. You will be redirected to the transactions area where the data is refreshed.
Resolution:
- Return to the transactions list and try again, or wait for your colleague to finish the modification.
- Contact the colleague who locked the transaction and ask him to close the transaction, or exit Isabel 6 using the log out button in the upper right part of the page.
- If the transaction is still blocked or you don't know who is editing the transaction, wait 30 minutes and try again.
