When migrating Isabel Offline Reporting to another computer users can follow the instructions below. After completing these steps the user will be able to consult all account information and all saved filters in the reports on another computer.
This does not include the creating reports themselves. Users will have to manually copy the created reports in order to keep them.
If you are unable to locate the db folder you can search the entire drive for the file "db.lck" (include hidden files and folders in your search). This is a file that is located in the db folder of Offline Reporting. Once found you can continue with next step of the process.
