Why does Isabel stop supporting Internet Explorer?
Microsoft discontinues Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022.

All the vulnerabilities found in Internet Explorer (security and other), will never be fixed.
As a lot of other banks, Isabel 6 will not allow you to use Internet Explorer anymore as of 1 February 2023.
What browser can I use on Windows?
Edge
Microsoft Edge, an internet browser made by Microsoft, is installed by default on all new Windows computers. Edge was made to replace Internet Explorer.

Bank specific applications that only work with Internet Explorer
As Internet Explorer will no longer receive essential security updates, we discourage the further usage of Internet Explorer. In case the usage of Internet Explorer remains mandatory for other applications you use (like bank or other internal applications), we strongly recommend contacting their support to know how to safely continue to use these applications.
What about the information that is already present in Isabel 6?
Because Isabel 6 is an online banking platform, using another browser (or even another computer) will not affect the data that is visible in the application.
How can I change my default browser in Windows 10
- Select the Start button, and then type Default apps.
- In the search results, select Default apps.
- Under Web browser, select the browser currently listed, and then select Microsoft Edge or another browser.
