Start with a few simple actions that might resolve your problem:
- Press the F5 key on your keyboard. If not ok, continue with the next step.
- Close your browser and restart. Retry.
- Try an other browser.
If the issue is not solved, execute the following steps one by one and retry after each step:
1. Zoom level - The screen content is too big, too small, incomplete, or you experience difficulties when scrolling
1. Verify the zoom level of your operating system
- Right-click on your desktop in Windows and select Display settings.
- Set the zoom level to 100%, then click on Apply.
- You will have to reboot your computer before these changes take effect.
- Press to access the Accessibility Options shortcut panel.
- Make sure that the option Enable Zoom is not checked (if it's checked, uncheck it).
- Click on Done.
2. Verify the zoom level of your browser
Chrome
- Click Morelocated in the top-right corner.
- Set the value next to Zoom to 100%.
or
- Click the magnifier icon in the right corner of the address bar.
- Click Reset.
Firefox
- Click the Menuicon located in the top-right corner.
- Set the value next to Zoom to 100%.
or
- Click on the zoom value indicated in the right corner of the address bar.
Edge
- Click Morelocated in the top-right corner.
- Set the value next to Zoom to 100%.
Safari
Click on View in the menu bar, then select Actual Size (if this option is greyed out, you can skip this step).
Clear cache Chrome
- PC : push the keyboard combination CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
Mac : push the keyboard combination CMD + SHIFT + backspace. - Next to Time range select All time.
- Make sure you do not clear your saved passwords of the browser
- Click CLEAR DATA.
Clear cache Firefox
- Click the Library icon located in the top-right corner and select History.
- Select Clear Recent History...
- Next to Time range to clear select Everything.
- Click Clear Now.
Clear cache Edge
- push the keyboard combination CTRL + SHIFT + DEL.
- Make sure you do not clear your saved passwords of the browser
- Click Clear.
Clear cache Safari
- Click Safari in the menu bar in the top left corner and select Clear History...
- Next to Clear select all history.
- Click Clear History.
- Click Safari in the menu bar in the top left corner and select Preferences > Advanced.
- Tick Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Click the Develop menu > Empty Caches.
Reset Chrome
- Click Morelocated in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Scroll down and click Reset and clean up.
- Click Restore settings to their original defaults.
- Click Reset settings.
- Click Morelocated in the top-right corner and select More tools, then Extensions
- Click on the slider button of the Isabel Security Components add-on so it becomes blue
Reset Firefox
Be aware: you will loose all configurations, passwords, bookmarks, history, extensions, etc...
- Click the Menubutton located in the top-right corner and select Help > More Troubleshooting Information.
- Click Refresh Firefox...
- Click Refresh Firefox
- Press +R on the keyboard. A Run dialog will open.
- Type in: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
- Click OK. A window will open containing profile folders.
- Double-click the profile folder you wish to open. If you only have one profile, its folder would have "default" in the name.
- Make sure Firefox is closed
- Delete all the files in your profile. NOT all the folders in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ !
- Copy the content of the folder that was created during the refresh in your profile. It is on your desktop and named Old Firefox Data
Reset Edge
- Click on the top right and select Settings
- Click Reset Settings
- Click on the arrow next to 'Restore settings to their default values'
- Click Reset
As resetting Edge will disable the Isabel webextension, you will need to enable it again.
- Click More located in the top-right corner and select Extensions
- Click Manage extensions
- Click on the slider button of the Isabel Security Components add-on so it becomes blue
Reset Safari
Note: Safari does not have a reset function. You can remove all customizations by executing these steps.
Step 1: Clear history and cache
- Click Safari in the menu bar in the top left corner and select Clear History...
- Next to Clear select all history.
- Click Clear History.
- Click Safari in the menu bar in the top left corner and select Preferences > Advanced.
- Tick Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Click the Develop menu > Empty Caches.
Step 2: Remove stored cookies and other website data
- Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data... Remove All.
Step 3: Disable Extensions
- Choose Safari > Preferences > Extensions. Disable the extensions.
