If you sign a transaction and see that the details on the IsaKey do not match the transaction to be signed, you should contact customer care as soon as possible to investigate further.

Provide the URL where the Cronto is visualized  eg: https://sign.common.isabel.be/fss/sign/isakey/Isa6Ebanking/23B157D840474FE49706B5320EF892D8?locale=en

Provide the Transaction reference(s) (900xxxxxxxxx), this is shown on clicking on the transactions in the transactions overview.
