Views:
  1. Download the drivers for the Isabel card reader that correspond with your version of Windows.
    Note: ARM processors are not supported.
  2. Open the downloaded file to start the installation.
  3. Restart the computer when the installation is completed.
 

In some cases, a manual installation of the drivers is required. If you are an experienced computer user or the IT assistant of the person experiencing issues, you can contact our helpdesk to assist you with the next steps.

 

  1. Download the driver package
  2. Open the downloaded folder ACS-Unified-INST-MacOSX-116-P
  3. Open acsccid_installer-1.1.6.dmg
  4. Open acsccid_installer.pkg.
  5. Restart the computer when the installation is completed.
