Log files and system information can provide useful information when you encounter problems related to the use of smartcards in Isabel 6 :
- Errors during installation of the security components or use of the control panel.
- Errors during login or signing actions requiring an Isabel smartcard.
1. Prepare the Isabel log files and a system information file as described below.
2. Attach the files to an e-mail message, in which you explain your issue, and provide a screenshot.
3. Send the message to customercare@isabel.eu
