Views:
  1. Double check if you did not make a typo on the screen.

  2. Make sure that the expirationdate that is written on the letter has not passed. If this is the case, order a new code.

  3. When the IsaKey is activated, the code becomes invalidated, you can not use this code anymore. If this is the case, order a new code.

  4. If you entered ten times the wrong code, the code is not useable anymore. If this is the case, order a new code.

  5. Make sure you followed the process on the letter containing then code. A securitycheck is needed before the code can be used.

 

Send an email to customercare@isabel.eu if you need a new One-Time Activation Code and provide:

  • Your User id.
  • A copy of your eID.
  • Your delivery address.
